I joined Sunshine Care in April 2019 as part time Administrator before developing into my current role as HR & Payroll Manager. With no prior experience of this sector this journey has given me a strong appreciation for care and the invaluable role our team plays in supporting others.
I hold a Level 2 NVQ qualification in Business Administration and have more recently completed a Level 3 apprenticeship in HR Support and preparing to start my Level 5 People Professional qualification. I am really grateful for the opportunities Sunshine Care has given me to grow into a role that highlights my strengths and supports my development.
Outside of work I lead busy life as a mom of 3 boys and support my husband with his business.
