I have worked for Sunshine care  now for 2 years I originally started  as the care co-Ordinator and early this year I was promoted to Deputy Manager.

I started work at B.R.C.in the maintenance department then I went on to join the R.E.M.E. as a tank mechanic serving in Germany, Canada, Berlin, and the U.K.

I started my career in the care industry 24 years ago, as a support worker in a residential home for older people, this is where I found my passion for care.

I started my Career as a Care Assistant in residential care setting, this was the grounding to start my career and I went on from there to becoming a qualified Adult Nurse.

I have a combined 15 years of experience in Administration & Customer Service, Citizens Advice and Birmingham Midshires.

I am an administrator at Sunshine Care, I have worked for the company since December 2018 and have loved it ever since.

I’m Mandy Dhillon, I have worked for Sunshine care since April 2023. I have been in my care role with another company since Oct 2020.

I started out as a care worker and over the years my career has progressed within the company firstly to a senior carer to recently transitioning into the role of a Care field supervisor.
