I’m Ellie and I have worked for Sunshine care since March 2020. I started out as a care worker and over the years my career has progressed within the company firstly to a senior carer to recently transitioning into the role of a Care field supervisor. I love my job and over the years I have had the opportunity to build great relationships with the service users. This has helped me ease into my current position and given me a greater understanding of our customer’s needs.
I also offer training for manual handling for new recruits to the company and am working towards my NVQ level 3 for my own personal development.
